Join Kerri Hanlon and Jen Bowers Nonemakeri for a late Fall retreat designed to bring you into the fullness of the season. You’ll enjoy the tremendous power of gathering in community, grounded yoga and mindful practices, and cultivate gratitude for the abundance of life’s offerings. This retreat is being offered through Yoga Home at the Himalayan Institute, approximately 2.5 hours from Conshohocken.
Gather & Ground with Gratitude Fall Yoga Retreat includes:
4 yoga practices– these will include a mix of flow, gentle, restorative, yin and yoga nidra (appropriate for all levels, even beginners)
Nature walk and hiking on the beautiful grounds of the Himalayan Institute
All meals, Ayurvedic, vegetarian and lovingly prepared
Down time for whatever your heart and soul needs
Check-In 4pm (dinner is at 6pm, program starts 7:15pm), Check out Sunday 2pm (program concludes at noon, you are welcome to stay for lunch)
Optional Spa Treatments at Pure Rejuv Wellness Center
Optional visits to the Sri Vidya Shrine and tours of MOKA Chocolate and Coffee Factory Cafe
