✨ Join me in Circle at 'Gather' ✨6:30–8:00pm at Such a Beautiful Day, Westbourne
Do you crave connection? Step into a warm, nurturing space where you can leave the day behind, share what’s on your heart, and listen deeply to others.
Each circle follows a gentle rhythm to help us feel held and connected as we gather:
🌿 Opening – settling into our space and arriving fully
🌿 Connecting – sharing briefly how you’re arriving
🌿 Commitment – honouring our shared guidelines
🌿 Grounding – a short meditation to leave the day behind
🌿 Sharing – a prompt to open our circle for stories and reflections
🌿 Closing – considering what you’ve heard, how you’re leaving, and offering farewells
We will be in the Heart Space of Such a Beautiful Day which has mats and cushions but please bring anything else that you may need to be comfortable. The room is accessed via stairs.
If you are new to circle, nerves are normal and sharing is always optional - you are welcome to simply listen. Meeting in circle though, is an invitation to find your voice, even in the smallest way. Often, the feelings we think are ours alone are shared by others too.
This is a space of non-judgement, gentleness, and welcome.
Our monthly themes:
September 23rd – Rooting (settling back into rhythm, grounding after summer and connecting with ourselves)
October 21st – Harvest (gathering wisdom, gratitude and balance as the seasons shift)
November 18th – Hearth (embracing warmth, reflection and connection as the days grow darker)
December 16th – Rest (a moment to pause, reflect, and nurture yourself in the quiet of winter.)
