🍴Gather: A Nod to NOLA 🍴is reviving “Hang Out Culture” through the timeless act of gathering with friends, sharing a meal, and laughing without an occasion. Inspired by the spirit and resilience of New Orleans, this year’s experience pays homage to the city’s vibrant culture, soulful food, and a jazz ambiance that you will feel in every room.
In the year of the 20th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, we’ll pause before the holiday rush to reconnect, dine, and breathe. We're taking the time surround ourselves with the flavors and sounds that define the Crescent City.

Guests will enjoy a seven-course, family-style dinner curated and prepared by featured chefs Damar Wilson and Pasfield House Chef Chris Orrick, who will guide diners through an unforgettable culinary journey. Complete with a live Bananas Foster station and a curated Jazz ambiance that sets the tone for an evening of southern flavors and connection.

Bread Course | Warm pretzel bread topped with a Creole herb-cream sauce
Soup Course | Pumpkin & Andouille Sausage Gumbo — a smoky, seasonal take on a New Orleans classic
Salad Course | Muffuletta Chopped Salad — crisp romaine and iceberg with olive tapenade, diced salami, roasted red peppers, provolone, and mozzarella tossed in savory tomato vinaigrette

Maple Bourbon Chicken with Creole cream sauce
Cajun Butter Steak, flame-seared and basted in garlic herbs
Spinach, Artichoke & Tomato Cajun Pasta, a creamy vegetarian favorite

Red Beans & Rice | slow-cooked with smoked sausage, garlic, and fresh herbs, served over long-grain rice
Maque Choux (Confetti Corn) | a colorful medley of corn, sweet peppers, and caramelized onions sautéed in butter
✨Coffee Course | A freshly fried Beignet paired with traditional New Orleans chicory coffee, a bold, roasted blend mixed with ground chicory root for a smooth, earthy finish that’s been a New Orleans tradition for generations.
✨Dessert Course | A tableside Bananas Foster experience led by featured Chef Damar Wilson and Chef Chris Orrick, a theatrical New Orleans classic where ripe bananas are flambéed in butter, brown sugar, and bourbon, then served warm over house-made vanilla bean ice cream.
