What is GATHER?Now in its third year, GATHER continues to grow as a signature event of the Hospitality Leadership program — a celebration of student innovation, leadership, and professionalism.

This immersive evening is entirely designed, managed, and executed by students in the Special Event Planning course. From concept development and menu design to logistics, service, and guest experience, students take full ownership — transforming classroom learning into a real-world, high-impact event.
This Year’s Theme: Passport to the World
Guests will embark on a global culinary journey, guided by the creativity and cultural insight of our student teams. The evening begins with a welcome reception, followed by a four-course progressive meal, with each course inspired by a different region of the world. The experience concludes with a dessert reception send-off, symbolizing the sweet success of our students and the journeys ahead for all.
