GastroNews 2026: Precision in Action is a three-day, on-site workshop (Ramada Hotel, Bucharest; Thursday–Friday–Saturday, 15–16–17 January 2026; EET/UTC+2) hosted by Elias Emergency University Hospital and Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy. Theme: “Live-Endoscopy Meets Hands-On Training > A Vision for the Future of GI Practice.” The scientific design integrates high-yield state-of-the-art reviews, industry-firewalled satellite symposia, and live endoscopy transmitted from leading GI centers. A structured hands-on training (HOT) will be organized separately on 15 January.
Faculty and session content build on the preliminary program (names, topics, and live-case anchors) and are mapped into a conflict-free, accreditation-ready schedule with safety-first broadcast standards and COI compliance. The program reflects evidence and guidelines current to 31 Dec 2025.
