Gardiner Museum & Walk to Legislative Assembly of Ontario - in RUSSIAN

Group size: up to 20 participants
🕚 Time: 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM
👩‍🏫 Guide: Irina Belyaeva / In Russian

Discover the beauty, history, and meaning behind ceramics at Toronto’s charming and newly refreshed Gardiner Museum during a thought-provoking guided tour:

“Class & Taste: Why Do the Wealthy Love Beautiful Things?”

We’ll explore intriguing questions together:

  • Does beauty equal money — or can taste exist without wealth?
  • Does food feel different when served on a $2,000 plate?
  • Why have beautiful objects always mattered to people?
  • In the Middle Ages, objects defined social class — for example, porcelain. Has that really changed today?

After the museum visit, enjoy a scenic walk toward the Legislative Assembly of Ontario and along University Avenue, where we’ll connect Toronto’s present with its historical past.

đź’˛ Price: $35 per adult (ages 16+)
👧 Children under 16: Free
