Join us for Gardening & My Thoughts: Terrarium Workshop, an immersive wellness experience designed to help you connect, create, and grow.

This interactive workshop blends creativity and mental wellness as participants design and build their own terrarium to take home. While working with soil, greenery, and glass vessels, attendees will also explore healthy coping skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

This experience will feature:
• A Master Gardener providing step-by-step terrarium instruction
• Two licensed therapists guiding conversations around stress management and healthy coping strategies
• All terrarium materials included
• A finished terrarium to take home
