Gardener's Workshop: Gardening in Late Summer
About this Event
Join CAF horticulture staff to learn about our gardening practices in the late summer.
Interested in learning about late summer garden chores at Cylburn? Come and take an interactive tour around the grounds and observe live demonstrations of garden practices carried out in the late summer. Participants will have the opportunity to experience a range of practices alongside our staff.
This September we will be exploring late season weeds, decisions around seed heads, and the joys of deadheading to name a few.
Please come dressed for the weather and bring garden gloves if you have them. We will meet in the Nature Education Center classroom, located just a one-minute walk behind the Cylburn Mansion.
