Celebrate the abundance of summer with an evening of fresh food, simple homestead skills, and good company.
In this hands-on workshop, we'll gather around the table to prepare several seasonal favourites that are easy to recreate at home. Together, you'll learn how to make:
🧈 Herb-infused compound butter
🥣 Fresh, homemade veggie dip
🥒 Quick fridge pickles using seasonal vegetables
While our pickles chill, we'll enjoy a beautiful garden-inspired grazing board featuring:
🍞 Fresh sourdough bread
🧀 Homemade soft cheese
🥕 Seasonal vegetables
🍓 Fresh seasonal fruit
🥣 The veggie dip (prepared in class)
🧈 Herb butter (prepared in class)
🥒 Fridge pickles (prepared ahead)
This workshop is designed to be approachable for all skill levels. Whether you're new to cooking from scratch or simply looking for fresh inspiration, you'll leave with practical skills, recipes, and the confidence to bring a little more seasonal living into your own kitchen.
