Garden Planting Day at Glenridge Middle School

During this community planting event, we will be installing garden beds and planting a variety of fruit trees, shrubs, herbs, vegetables, and native plants. This garden will help create a living learning space for students while supporting pollinators, biodiversity, and fresh food production.

Whether you’re an experienced gardener or just want to get your hands in the soil, this is a great opportunity to contribute to something meaningful while having a great time outdoors with the community.

• Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Location: Glenridge Middle School
• Optional: You're welcome to stay longer as we continue completing the project into the afternoon.

What to Bring

• Closed-toe shoes (required for planting and digging)
• Comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dirty
• A water bottle
