Join us for a Pilates mat class surrounded by the beautiful nature of Leu Gardens. You will be guided through exercises that focus on strengthening the core and developing the body uniformly, improving flexibility and balance. This mind/body workout will enhance your breathing and body awareness, leaving you feeling long, lifted, and aligned. The class will be suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, exercises can be modified for different abilities and preferences. Ages 13 and up are welcome.

Self-care Sunday is a dedicated day to prioritize your mental, physical, and emotional well-being to rest and recharge for the upcoming week.

Please bring your own yoga mat.

Registration includes admission to the beautiful Gardens before or after class.

Samantha DeBoer has had a professional dancing and acting career at Universal Orlando for the past 12 years. Through dance, she was introduced to Classical Pilates and, in 2017, became certified as a teacher through US Classical Pilates. For the past 8 years, she has loved to share this method of body conditioning to help others perform to the best of their ability every day!

You may recognize her as our very own Ice Queen from Dazzling Nights at Leu Gardens with the Creative City Project!

Participants must withdraw from classes at least 5 days prior to the start of class in order to receive a full refund or credit. If we must cancel a class, we will make every effort to inform you prior to the class time, and you will receive a full refund or credit.

Only those registered for the class will be permitted to participate. Childcare services are not provided.
