Experience the magic of “golden hour” in the gardens during this evening walk through the formal landscape with certified outdoor mindfulness guide Susan West Montgomery. Participants will learn techniques to slow down and use all five senses to connect with the healing properties of nature to relax and reduce stress.
MSV members: $12; all others: $17. Register by September 22; register online or call 540-662-1473, ext. 240. Meet at the garden entrance. Walk-ins welcome as space permits. Rain date: September 24.
