Whether you're a beginner or have some clay experience, this course will guide you in creating stunning ceramic pieces for indoor and outdoor use. Explore handbuilding techniques, discover creative glazing methods, and connect with a community of fellow makers in a welcoming, relaxed environment.

Course Overview:

• Week 1: Design and build a multi-compartment succulent tray planter and a cylinder vase, perfect for small plants or fresh flowers.
• Week 2: Craft decorative ceramic garden flowers for wall hangings, incorporating texture and vibrant patterns.
• Week 3: Construct a garden lantern luminary with cut-out designs to cast magical light patterns.
• Week 4: Glazing session: Add vibrant colors and finishes to all your creations with underglazes, stains, and brush-on glazes.

Additional Details:

• Materials & Firing: All materials are included, and your glazed pieces will be ready for pick-up approximately two weeks after the final class.
• What to Bring: A hand towel, comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting messy, and any snacks or beverages to enjoy while you work.
