Enjoy the beauty and flavor that comes fresh-from-the garden with our hands-on garden focaccia class! In this interactive culinary experience, participants will learn the art of crafting delicious focaccia adorned with their own garden designs. As we bake, garden coach Erika Olsen of Leaf and Bloom Kitchen Gardens will share tips on growing and harvesting culinary herbs year round here in Central Kentucky.
At the end of the class, students will sit down at the table to enjoy fresh focaccia creations and a seasonal soup.
