The Casa Rituals philosophy is deeply rooted in helping to bring everyday mindful intention to the busy modern-day person. This is achieved by creating a deeper and more aligned space, working with the vibration of soundhealing and sacred rituals for internal peace and harmony.

Upon arrival you will receive a ceremonial smudging and blessing, helping to release any burdens from your day-to day life.

Following this, you'll be presented with a cup of the finest Ceremonial Cacao, taking part in our sacred heart-opening Cacao Ceremony while aligning with the post eclipse energies to set an intention for opening your heart to receive. The Cacao serves to relax you, unlock your heart chakra, and make you more receptive to the forthcoming healing experience.

Finally, you will gently transition into a Yoga Nidra meditation and a deep sound healing session. During this time, you will become fully immersed in the soothing and restorative energies of the Gong, Crystal singing bowls, and other high-frequency instruments.

David has an extensive background in alternative healing, with over 25 years of experience in globally known 5-star spas, connecting with customers worldwide. Over time, he came to find the most joy and passion using Sound Healing as a primary tool to help improve physical and emotional health. And the overall benefits of ultimate relaxation, both during 1-on-1 and group experiences. David now regularly guides sound baths and Yoga Nidra meditations for groups and private clients.

Marit embarked on her healing journey of self-discovery over 16 years ago, learning to thrive while living with an autoimmune disease. She began by embracing a plant-based diet and alternative medicines. She started her mindfulness practice through Yoga and meditation, which allowed her to go deep within and peel off layers of conditioning and self-blockages to discover that self-acceptance, love, and joy are all within each of us.

Marit discovered heart-opening Cacao and Quantum Energy Healing right before the pandemic hit, and the past few years have been all about bridging the ancient wisdom of Cacao with modern energy healing techniques. Even traveling to Guatemala to live with shamans for a month to learn how to facilitate Cacao ceremonies to honor ancient practices and cultures. Her passion lies in holding space for others to connect with who they are and guiding them to radiate their magic back into the world.

Marit is certified in Cacao Ceremony facilitating, Reiki, Quantum Dowsing, and Feng Shui practices.
