Join us on Sunday, August 24th for a day of strength and speed! Whether you're pushing the sled or maxing out your deadlift, we’ve got prizes for the winners in both categories.

Deadlift – Max weight lifted in a 2-minute window
Sled Push/Sled Pull – 25m push & 25m pull with set weight per age division (fastest time wins!)
