The Cerberus Den is hosting a summer day camp that introduces kids to fun role-playing games like Dungeons and Dragons while also teaching them important social, crafting, and mathematical skills. This program is available for 9 weeks and you may choose to have your child attend as many as they like with each week containing different themes and activities. Camp times are Monday through Friday 9am - 4pm. This camp is for children between the ages of 8 and 14 (within 3 months). Kids will be placed in groups of max of 6 per counselor so each counselor can give them the proper attention to every child. Each child is expected to bring a sac lunch every day (meal plan is an additional add-on).
Dates:
Week 1: June 3 - 7
Week 2: June 10 - 14
Week 3: June 17 - 21 (Dungeons & Dragons Themed)
Week 4: June 24 - 28
Week 5: July 8 - 12
Week 6: July 15 -19 (Dungeons & Dragons Themed)
Week 7: July 22 - 26
Week 8: July 29 - August 2
Week 9: August 5 - 9 (Dungeons & Dragons Themed)
Cost:
Per Child for one week: $300
Additional Child discount: $25
Add-Ons
Meal Plan: $50 (provides a hot lunch for each day of the program, which also includes a drink)
T-Shirt: $15
Activities
Below are some examples of activities the children will participate in while attending the camp:
Learning basic rules and playing of different popular games
Daily organized tournaments, with finale champions
Participants earn "Obols" through out the week that can be spent different prizes
STEM events using fun and safe science experiments
Foam weapon making
Miniature painting
Completion
At the end of the summer all children who participated in the camp will be invited to attend our celebration party that will be held in Tower Park free of charge.
