Gamers’ Garage Sale – Dutch Auction

Looking to turn unused games into store credit? The Gamers’ Garage Sale – Dutch Auction offers a new twist on our traditional Gamers’ Garage Sale events.
Instead of bidding, every lot starts at a seller-determined price and gradually decreases in value throughout the day. Buyers can claim any available lot at its current listed price, with the first person to claim it securing the item immediately. Wait too long, and someone else may grab it first, but claim early, and you'll pay a higher price. Prices continue to drop until they reach a minimum value of 10% of the starting price or $1, whichever is higher.
For example, an item listed at $100 will be available for approximately $50 halfway through the auction and could drop to $10 by the end of the day if it remains unclaimed.
Once a buyer submits a claim, they can pay for and pick up their item right away. Sellers receive store credit equal to the final sale price of each sold lot. Unsold items may be picked up after the auction concludes, and a seller's earned store credit will be issued shortly after the event.
