Glacier Surgical is hosting it's annual FREE Sports Physicals for any student in the Mat-Su wanting to participate in middle or high school sports this year! ⚽️🏀🏈⚾️🥎🏒🏐🎾
🔹Thursday, July 25th from 1pm-7pm
425 E. Dahlia Ave Palmer, AK (Near Palmer City Alehouse)
🔹Stop in anytime between 1pm-7pm
🔹Free Sports Physicals for middle and high school students in the Mat-Su
🔹No appointment necessary
🔹We use the MSBSD Sports Physicals Form
🥫Help us support our community by participating in the Food Drive for canned and dry goods only. All cans and dry good brought with you will be donated to our local food bank to help support local families in need!
