Empower Physical Therapy's Youth Performance Fitness Camp (Ages 14-18)

Welcome to the Empower Physical Therapy's Youth Performance Summer Fitness Camp! Get ready for a fun-filled summer at our camp located at Grizzly Family Fitness, 1507 N Double B St, Wasilla Alaska. Join us every Monday and Wednesday for 4 weeks for exciting activities, sports, training and games designed to improve your physical fitness and overall well-being. Our experienced team of Personal Trainers will guide you through various exercises and drills to help you reach your full potential. We will focus on improving overall sport and athletic performance. We will focus on speed, agility, strength, and overall conditioning. Every sport and skill level are welcome to come!
