📣 Tallinn Business Incubator’s Game Business Masterclass is designed for both aspiring and active game developers who want to take their projects beyond the prototype stage and build sustainable, market-ready businesses.The masterclass is for those with a game prototype or concept and a clear plan to move forward. Participants should have at least a basic understanding of the games industry. We also welcome marketing and business professionals eager to apply their skills in game development.

Hands-on workshop where participants create the business vision and model for their game idea.

In-depth training on funding opportunities and partnership strategies. Participants will develop a budget and funding plan, explore investment models, and prepare for realistic resource planning.

Individual feedback sessions on the work completed so far, followed by group discussions to strengthen budgets and business models based on feedback.

Practical session with real-world examples from game marketing. Participants will develop an initial positioning strategy and visual plan for their Steam page.

𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Final Pitch Day where participants present to trainers and other participants. Includes a simulated investor meeting, direct feedback, and networking opportunities.

The trainings are led by Bohdan Sereda – a cross-discipline game creator with 12 years of industry experience and six major releases across Premium AA, VR, and indie titles, including live games. He specialises in strategy, production, and vision, with additional skills in basic game design and prototyping in Unreal Engine.
As a founder with strong R&D expertise, Bohdan grew a studio from four people to nearly 40 professionals, culminating in the success of Into The Radius VR – a title with over 9,000 “Very Positive” reviews and 500,000 copies sold, paving the way for its sequel.

👉 Participants will receive an official completion certificate (issued by Game UP! Academy in cooperation with Tallinn Business Incubator).
👉 The trainer will also answer ongoing questions between sessions via a dedicated Discord channel, ensuring continuous support throughout the programme.
