Sidewalk Art - Watch professional artists as they create, and draw your own sidewalk masterpiece
Vendor Market - An open air market on the East Lawn of the property
Carnival - Carnival style games and concessions on the West Lawn of the property
The festival grounds are free and open to the public
Attendees can purchase chalk and tickets for the carnival games on site.
