Grab your friends and your clubs and join us for our 29th annual Salsman-Whitson Open at the beautiful Bunker Links golf course in Galesburg Illinois on Saturday, June 8 starting at 9AM!Register before May 8 with payment included for the cost of $300 per team. Teams that wait to register with payment after May 8 will cost $400 per team. Registration includes 18 holes of golf, a pork chop sandwich prepared by our firefighters, & a beverage. In addition, there will be chances for cash prizes for 1st and 2nd place teams in 3 flights, a putting contest, 50/50 drawing, door prize raffles, & 18 pin events, such as "longest drive", "longest made putt", and "closest first shot to the pin".
This fundraising event allows our organization to give back to our community to other charitable organizations, such as The Muscular Dystrophy Association, Knox County YMCA, Galesburg Youth Baseball League, Galesburg NAACP, American Legion Baseball League, Galesburg Public Library, Discovery Depot Children’s Museum, CASA of West Central IL, and many more.
