Galentine's Yoga!
Join us for a special session of self care with other women in the midst of beautiful Mead Botanical Garden. Celebrate the season with your love of nature, the opportunity to practice yoga, and connect with other fellow females. This workshop will be a full yoga class interlaced with guided breathing, and aromatherapy for true relaxation you deserve. Nature inspired wellness gifts will be on display & available for purchase.

What : Wellness Workshop
● 45-55 min yoga session
● 15-25 min guided breathing & aromatherapy
What will be provided:
● Aromatherapy essential oil use
● Fruit-infused / Regular Drinking Water
● Extra Mats (limited supply)
Cost: $30 per person

By purchasing a ticket, I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. Participation in yoga class includes, but is not limited to, meditation techniques, yoga breathing techniques and performing various yoga postures. Yoga is designed to exercise every part of the body-stretching and toning the muscles and joints, spine and the entire skeletal system. Yoga incorporates sustained stretching to strengthen the muscles and increase flexibility.
As in the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, disability or death, is always present. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the instructor.
Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. This class involves outdoor physical activity in warm weather conditions. Those with medical conditions should obtain approval from their attending physician before participating in this class. By signing this agreement, participants with health conditions are confirming that they have consulted with an appropriate physician and received clearance to participate.
I am participating in the yoga class at my own risk.
In consideration of being permitted to engage in the above activity, I hereby ASSUME THE RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH AND I, FOR MY HEIRS, EXECUTORS, REPRESENTATIVES AND ADMINISTRATORS, HEREBY AGREE TO IRREVOCABLY RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE MEAD BOTANICAL GARDEN INC., THE CITY OF WINTER PARK, INSTRUCTOR, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, EXPENSES, FEES, SUITS, PROCEEDINGS, CAUSES OF ACTION, COST OF ACTIONS, INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES, FOR TRIAL AND APPEAL, WHICH I MAY HAVE AGAINST THEM ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY LISTED ABOVE. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER INCLUDES ANY CLAIMS BASED ON NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, ACTIONS, OR INACTIONS OF MEAD BOTANICAL GARDEN INC., THE CITY OF WINTER PARK, ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND/OR REPRESENTATIVES.
