This special Galentine’s gathering invites you to sip, connect, and learn about Perimenopause and Menopause in a warm, welcoming space designed for meaningful conversation and community.
Enjoy a full traditional tea service featuring a curated selection of premium teas, served with cream and sugar, alongside a tiered presentation of elegant finger sandwiches, freshly baked pastries, and sweet treats. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are thoughtfully available.
We are delighted to welcome Dr. Janelle Evans, board-certified urogynecologist and Menopause Society–certified specialist, for an open and informative conversation about perimenopause and menopause. Guests will have the opportunity to listen, learn, and ask any and all questions in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
As always, our resident cats will be part of the experience — offering gentle companionship and plenty of charm as you relax and enjoy the afternoon.

About our Special Guest:
Janelle Evans, MD believes great care should be expert, honest, and easy to understand. She blends deep clinical experience with a warm, no‑nonsense approach to help people navigate pelvic health, pelvic floor concerns, and the rollercoaster of menopause. Outside the clinic, Janelle wears a lot of hats — cookbook author, medical director, and owner of Stabby Chic and TinyGynie MD LLC. She’s an engaging speaker and proud faculty member for Americas Board Review, where she enjoys teaching clinicians practical, evidence‑based care.
When she’s off the clock you’ll find her outdoors tending her garden, plotting the next travel adventure, or writing on her travel blog. She’s a self‑confessed travel junkie who loves mixing local flavors into recipes and bringing a little of that curiosity back to patient care. Whether she’s on stage, in the kitchen, or in the exam room, Janelle’s goal is the same: empower people with clear information, compassionate care, and a little humor along the way.
