Join Louise and Lisa for a fun, empowering evening hosted at The Bridge, created to celebrate friendship, self-love and unapologetic girl power.

This is your invitation to step away from the everyday and enjoy a night where self-care meets sisterhood. Expect plenty of laughter, playful games, feel-good banter and an uplifting atmosphere designed to help you relax, connect with others and celebrate being you.

Whether you come with friends or arrive solo and leave with new ones, this evening is all about connection, confidence, community and joy.

Bring your energy and get ready for a night that will leave you feeling inspired, supported and empowered.

Doors open at 18:00 and activities will begin at 18:15. Light refreshments will be provided.

Open to all women, or those who identify with the experience of being a woman, are welcome to join these sessions.

About The Bridge

The Bridge is a women’s health and wellbeing charity based in Southwark working to create inclusive and welcoming spaces for women of all identities to connect and thrive for over 90 years. We believe in a fairer society where women’s voices are heard and their health and wellbeing are valued and respected. Through our women-only gym, community café, wellbeing programmes and support groups, we help women care for themselves, support one another and challenge injustices together.
