Galentine’s Glow & Flow Pilates Social

We’ll begin with a 1-hour Partner Mat Pilates session — playful, supportive, and perfect for strengthening, stretching, and bonding with your workout bestie (or someone new!).

Afterwards, enjoy a cosy beaded bracelet workshop, where you can create something cute for yourself or exchange bracelets with a friend.

Then we’ll recharge with a sauna and cold plunge session to renew the body, followed by fresh sandwiches and smoothies — all in a warm, supportive space that celebrates every body and every friendship. Stay after class to relax, chat, and soak in sisterhood vibes.

Wear your favourite shade of pink to match the playful, romantic, and empowering energy of the day.

Mats, beading supplies, and towels are all provided.

All levels welcome — come solo, come with a friend, or meet new ones. No need to be “fit” or “flexy”; just bring your curiosity and cute outfit.
