Celebrate Galentine’s Day with an elevated evening of intentional self-care, wellness, and meaningful connection hosted by Mindful Body and Skin.

This intimate Galentine’s wellness event takes place at Vera Fitness in St. Paul, MN and is thoughtfully designed to calm the nervous system, slow the body, and create space to connect—with yourself and with other incredible women.

Throughout the evening, guests will move through a relaxed, guided flow of experiences including mini facials, creative intention setting, dirty soda creations, and time to mingle and connect with like-minded women in a beautifully styled, welcoming environment.

The experience concludes with a grounding yoga class and restorative sound bath, supporting deep relaxation and nervous system reset.
