Galentine’s Charcuterie & Sips

Get on Board Charcuterie is collaborating with the Bubbly Bar for a fun workshop for you and your gal pals!! Join us at the Clubhouse at Wales Crossing and celebrate friendship while learning something new. Get on Board Charcuterie will show you how to assemble a small charcuterie tray with using different techniques on cutting cheeses and meats. The Bubby Bar will share wine & prosecco pairings to enhance and bring out the flavors of your board. The price of the ticket will include a small charcuterie tray (variety of cheeses, meats, fruits and fillers) 2 types of wine and 1 prosecco . Ticket price $65.
