About this Event
The seventh annual ED NOW event, a state-side program done in partnership with Ohio Economic Development Association (OEDA), focuses on elected officials, serving as a venue to discuss those things that community leaders can consider to be more competitive-ready for business investment.
In 2025 we will provide insights about the region’s aspirational vision to “Bend the Curve” of economic performance. We believe that, working together with our economic development partners in better aligned, coordinated, and integrated economic initiatives, we can reverse challenging trends in the economy and outperform traditional economic forecasts to forge a stronger future for the region.
At this event, the VEI
(Vibrant Economy Indicators) Tool will officially be launched, and attendees will get an exclusive first look at this innovative platform, which tracks over 600 economic indicators across key pillars like talent, equity, innovation, resilience, competitiveness, and prosperity. This public-facing interactive tool will showcase how regional partners can leverage actionable insights to align strategies, measure progress, and drive transformative growth for Northeast Ohio. Join us as we unveil a powerful resource designed to help us “Bend the Curve” and accelerate the region’s economic vibrancy.
