Galentine’s - A Women’s Night In is a therapist-led evening for women who want real connection, gentle self-reflection, and a night that feels more like being in someone’s living room than going out.

Whether you’re single, partnered, healing from something, or simply craving deeper friendships - this space is for you.

A softly held, relaxed evening including:

• A short grounding and nervous-system settling practice
• Guided self-love and reflection prompts (journal-style)
• A gentle sharing circle (always optional - you can just listen)
• Lighthearted, playful group activities
• Cosy snacks and warm drinks
• A small Galentine’s goody bag to take home

No pressure to perform.
No fixing.
No forced vulnerability.

Just women showing up as they are.

This night is for you if:

This gathering is held by Charlie, a qualified psychotherapist and the founder of Your Sacred Space - a Melbourne-based women’s community offering therapist-led circles, counselling, and events.

The intention is not therapy, but the space is held with care, boundaries, and emotional safety in mind.
