All-levels yoga class - please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. We will have a few extra yoga mats for you to use if you forget yours!

A bit about yoga instructor TJ Mangrum: TJ is a 200 hour RYT and 200 hour YogaHour trained yoga instructor. TJ teaches at Highland Yoga in ATL, and she instructed our first and second Galentine's Yoga & Shop classes in February 2023 & 2024!
