Galentine's Day Workout Class

Grab your girls and join us for a Galentine’s Day Group Workout at our women gym. This will be a feel-good morning focused on movement, community, and giving back.

This all-levels group workout is designed to be welcoming, empowering, and fun whether you’re brand new to fitness or a seasoned gym-goer. Expect a supportive, high-energy, low-impact class led by our coaches, good vibes, and plenty of encouragement.

To make this event even more meaningful, we’re giving back to Genesis Women’s Shelter for a post-holiday clothing drive. Many of us have gently used items we’re ready to pass on, and every donation makes a real impact.

What to Bring:

• Gym shoes & water
• Gently used clothing donations
  (All donations go directly to the Genesis Women’s Shelter, supporting women and families in need)

Define Private Training is a private women’s gym in Frisco, Texas, empowering women 30+ to build a stronger, healthier version of themselves in a safe, supportive space. About Genesis Women's Shelter:

Located in Dallas, Genesis provides safety, shelter and support for women and children who have experienced domestic violence and raise awareness about its cause, prevalence, and impact. They provide emergency shelter, counseling, advocacy and legal services.
