"Galentine's Day" has been my favourite new holiday ever since Parks and Recreation's Lesley Knopes "invented" it in 2010 - and her words are definitely worth repeating here:"What's Galentine's Day? Oh, it's only the best day of the year. Every February 13th, my lady friends and I leave our husbands and our boyfriends at home, and we just come and kick it, breakfast-style. Ladies celebrating ladies."
Paint the Town is ALL ABOUT celebrating and centring ladies, so I absolutely could not let this one pass by without recognising the day!
This year we will be using acrylic resin, or eco-resin, to pour our own candle container. You will have a variety of different moulds to choose from, and you will learn a range of techniques to colour and personalise your vessel. Once it sets we will sand and seal it - and then we will pour a candle into the container, with your choice of scent and colour. Bring your favourite girl friends down for a night of laughter, indulgence and creativity.
Sparkling wine and a delicious assortment of sweet treats will be available to make your night extra special :-)
Ticket prices are $65 + booking fee per person and includes all materials and refreshments
