Join Annemarie for her annual Valentine’s Day event. This will be an all levels barre class following our signature Core Elements format. We offer curated classes written by highly experienced, third party certified, industry professionals. No two classes are ever the same. All classes deliver a safe and highly effective full body workout.
Barre classes are very challenging in nature. Modifications are always available making this appropriate for all levels. If you have injuries, please discuss them with the teacher prior to beginning of class.
We offer Champagne at all Friday evening events.
