GALENTINE-HAT BURNING CLASS (Pyrography Hat Art)

Welcome to the DIY Hat Burning "Galentine" workshop. Let's get creative & have an afternoon of socializing, crafting and fun designing your own custom hat. Seasoned crafter or a beginner, this event is for you!

Ticket sales: ORDERS(Pre-Registration)

• Registrations rec by 6pm, Feb 7th will be able to select from the options shown for your hat size/color/style. This is the cutoff date/time for pre-ordering options to allow ordering time of your selected hat size/color/style. Please only choose colors and styles that are shown on images.
• Registrations received after 6pm on or after Feb 7th, will select from availble options the day of event. (Size/color/styles will vary)

IMPORTANT: Below is the timeline schedule we will adhere to for start and finish time in order to complete class on time. Please plan to arrive 10-15 prior to class start to collect your hat and get settled in for beginning class instructions. Arriving late may miss important beginning tutorial instructions.

• 1:00pm: Class starts sharp-please do not be late, alloted class time will remain the same.(2-2.5hr) We will adhere to this timeline.
• There will be a quick overview of the different techniques used: small torch, wood burning tools, paint, stencils process and more, then the fun begins! Let design a hat!! (this is your DIY- let's have fun)

Each ticket includes: One hat, accessories, embellishmets, instructions, and all tools needed to complete your personal designed hat. Choose from bands, feathers, cards and more. Feel free to bring any personal embellishments you would like to add to your hat.

Please do not provide information that is not shown as an available option in the images provided.

HAT size: measure above your ears all the way around.

WRITE DOWN THE INFO BELOW, AS YOU WILL NEED TO INPUT THIS INFORMATION IN A TEXT BOX AT CHECK OUT.

1. Write down your: HAT STYLE NAME AS DISPLAYED IN IMAGE
2. Write down your: HAT COLOR AS DESCRIBED IN IMAGE OF THE HAT STYLE YOU SELECTED
3. Write down your: HAT SIZE AS LISTED IN THE IMAGE OF THE HAT STYLE AND COLOR YOU SELECTED. (note: these 3 options should all come from one image with your selected options available in that image) (example.. Rancher, Peacock Blue, MD, as this color and size is shown available ONLY in a Rancher style).

All hat colors and sizes are available ONLY in the options and size combination as shown on images.

Medium: 56-58 CM

Large: 58-60 CM

XLarge: 60-62 CM

All options are based on stock availability at time of order and are subject to change.

I will notify you if there is an issue with your selection. If there is an issue with your order and we are unable to reach you to resolve by the time orders need to be placed, this could result in cancellation of order or the closet option being selected in replacement.

Refunds are not accepted. Orders are placed based on registrations

I do carry a small inventory of extra hats but cannot guarantee it will be what you are looking for.
