Info: Before we start for the day, we’ll take a few minutes for quick introductions. This is a relaxed, optional moment to say hello, share your name, and connect with the community. We’ll begin with a brief, guided warm-up to gently wake up the body, loosen joints, and prepare for movement—suitable for all levels.

Info: A self-paced run or walk through the designated route. Move at your own rhythm—run, jog, or walk. This is about consistency, not speed. All levels welcome. Walkers can typically pace around 3 miles in an hour at a moderate speed. Thats a 5k!

Info: A casual post-run/walk wind-down with water, coffee, and light bites. Come hydrate, connect, and ease into the rest of your morning.
