Gaia Gong Bath workshop

Join Michelle Plummer as she leads you into a guided body scan followed by a sound bath with the ethereal sounds of large bronze and nickel gongs, crystal and alchemy bowls, plus chimes.

Relax deeply into the soundscape through vibration and sound waves that penetrate stagnant energy within the body, opening pathways to restorative rest through your body's natural healing processes. Gongs engage the body’s energetic pathway and lymphatic system with their penetrating sound waves, aiding in moving stuck energy.

We will briefly engage in the qigong practice of lightly tapping the body’s meridians (torso, arms and legs) to induce qi flow before the sound bath begins.

First time sound bathers are welcome, no experience necessary! Comfort is key: bring a comfortable yoga mat, eye mask, neck pillow, any supports you may need.

This is a hot yoga studio, dress in layers, although the heat is not on there is no air conditioning.

Doors close promptly at 7:00pm
