Greater Austin Clay Artists is excited to continue our new Clay Mixer series! This new meetup series gives us an opportunity to gather and socialize at local community clay studios around Austin. Each meetup will have a theme or event, but it's primary focus will be for us to just network, have fun, and see our Austin clay studios!Our next Clay Mixer will be Saturday, September 27th, 2-4pm, at Ceramigos! Ceramigos will be providing palomas and light snacks, but we will also be doing a snack potluck, so bring your favorite snack to share! This event will also be BYOB and alcohol friendly.
Ceramigos will be celebrating six months since their opening and will have their Resident Artists' work on display in their gallery space, and some of their students/members in their main room. This will also be an occasion to celebrate the end of their residency and the beginning of the next residents!
Ceramigos is an artist-run community pottery studio and gallery located in South Austin, offering multi-level classes, workshops, membership, and an artist residency program. Our mission is to grow Austin's pottery community by creating connections and providing a friendly place for artists to develop their process, explore ideas, and exchange knowledge.
