Ride through the city's hidden lanes on two wheels (Gaadi) to uncover "crazy" legends and century-old culinary secrets (Gappa), while feasting on a curated timeline of Ahmedabad’s most iconic flavors (Jaman).

This tour will be conducted entirely on a two-wheeler, ensuring a fast, fun, and immersive way to navigate the city’s food ecosystem. Food tasting is encouraged but not included, allowing you to choose freely and pay only for what you wish to try.

• Sorabji Na Prakhyat Dal Pakwan (Since 1950s)

A city legend serving ultra-crisp Sindhi breakfast for over 70 years, renowned for consistency and simplicity.

• Das Khaman (Since 1922)

Home to the pioneering “Vati Dal” technique developed by the Das family, yielding superior, grainy-textured farsan.

• Kaka na Vadapav (Since 1990)

The rebel stall that gave Mumbai’s classic a spicy Amdavadi twist with its signature garam masala punch.

• Oshwal (Since 1972)

A pillar of Gujarati Farsan and the ultimate landmark for traditional Jalebi-Fafda and other classics.

• Kunal Restaurant (Since 1978)

A North Indian veteran credited with introducing the authentic Punjabi samosa to Ahmedabad’s palate, along with delicious bakery offerings.

• Sambar Café (CEPT University)

A beloved campus haunt that has fueled generations of architects with comforting South Indian staples in a serene ambience.
