G-CODE'S: Mommy and Me Forum

G-CODE (Girls Creating Opportunities for Developing Empowerment) presents the “Mommy & Me Forum,” a one-day interactive experience designed to strengthen the bond between mothers and their daughters.

This forum will feature a panel of licensed therapists leading meaningful conversations around healthy parenting, effective communication, emotional connection, and navigating generational challenges. In addition to the panel discussion, participants will engage in guided conversations and interactive activities that encourage trust, understanding, and deeper connection.

This experience is intentionally designed to provide a safe and supportive space for mothers and daughters to grow together, reflect, and build stronger relationships.

Mothers and daughters of all ages are welcome.
Food will be provided by SoulTasty Restaurant.

Tickets are $10, and all proceeds support G-CODE programming and initiatives.
