Fête de l’alimentation africaine Nkabom/Nkabom Africa Food Celebration

Organisée par le Collectif Nkabom , un partenariat entre l’Université McGill et d’importantes institutions du Ghana, avec le soutien de la Fondation Mastercard, cette célébration met en lumière les personnes et les idées qui façonnent l’avenir des systèmes alimentaires africains grâce au leadership des jeunes, à l’entrepreneuriat, à la recherche et à la collaboration.

Découvrez les saveurs et la gastronomie africaines des quatre coins du continent lors du festival culinaire Nkabom, qui se tiendra à Montréal le 22 août 2026. Au programme : plats délicieux, démonstrations culinaires, ateliers et festivités. Rencontrez les acteurs de la gastronomie, notamment des chefs, des agriculteurs innovants et des créateurs de Montréal et d’ailleurs. Vivez une journée riche en saveurs, en culture et en innovation.

The Nkabom Collaborative is a ten-year partnership supported by the Mastercard Foundation that brings together McGill University, six Ghanaian higher education institutions (the University of Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, the University for Development Studies, the University of Cape Coast, the Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies, and the University of Environment and Sustainable Development), the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI), and other industry and ecosystem partners in Ghana and Canada. Together, they are working to transform nutrition, health, and sustainable agri-food systems through youth leadership, experiential learning, entrepreneurship, research, and innovation.
