Fresh Yoga Synthesized Methodology (FYSM) is a rare and highly structured yoga system, with only four trainers in California and our friend Lana being the only English-speaking instructor. Designed to be both safe and highly effective, FYSM eliminates risky postures while incorporating over 1,000 carefully crafted positions to build strength, flexibility, and resilience. Developed by Igor Kovalev after overcoming a severe spinal injury, this method has transformed countless lives by providing a disciplined, results-driven approach to yoga.
