FY26 Action Plan Partner Meeting

DED's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program has announced public engagement dates that will help prepare the draft for the FY26 Annual Action Plan.

DED, in partnership with MHDC and DHSS, work together in preparing agency-specific content that is put together as an overall plan and submitted to HUD.

In recent years, all action plan meetings were held together with partners during the public comment period to provide a detailed presentation on State of Missouri programs. In order for communities served by programs to be given direct attention, partners (in alignment with the state Citizen Participation Plan) will hold an additional meeting following the kick-off meeting with a presentation of the draft plan.

This second required partner meeting will be held January 27, 2026, in Jefferson City at the Harry S. Truman Building, Room 750. This begins the action plan's 30-day public comment period, which will end February 27, 2026.

Virtual meeting information will be provided upon registration.

A draft of the State of Missouri’s FY26 Action Plan will be made available on or before January 27, 2026, at ded.mo.gov/cdbg for a public comment period ending February 27, 2026.
