Futures Youth Fitness Competition 2026

Futures YOUTH focused fitness and CrossFit competition. It will offer a Male and Female division in each age group: 9-11, 12-14, and 15-17.

For the 9-11 Divisons, it will be fitness based, utilizing DB movements in substitute of barbell. The 12-14 and 15-17 Divisions will be CrossFit based and will utilize barbells, as well as DBs for movements. Please note that any and all movements can scaled from prescribed weight, etc. This will be reflected in athletes scores and placements. Age division is based on age on July 25th, 2026

We will release the workouts and standards at least 30 days before the competion, so that all athletes and coaches have time to familiarize themselves with the movements.
