5:30 - 6:00 p.m. | Networking Reception Meet fellow members and guests before the program begins. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided, and a cash bar will be available.

6:00 - 7:00 p.m. | Membership Meeting

Futuremakers Update Learn what Futuremakers has accomplished in its first five months, including organizational infrastructure, our current priorities, and the introduction of our founding Leadership Council and Executive Advisory Council.

Futuremakers Club Update Futuremakers Club has welcomed Barry Draper as Director of Operations, who will oversee programming and the club’s Steering Committee. Barry will announce our fall event schedule, introduce the Futuremakers Club Steering Committee, and share information on how to apply. Steering Committee members will help shape programming, host events, plan activities, and contribute to the continued growth of the club.

Downtown Updates Hear brief updates from public officials and agencies on current initiatives, projects, and developments taking place throughout Downtown St. Louis.

Community Funding Conversation

• Discuss how expanding resources for community-led programming and neighborhood activation could help revitalize downtown.
• Hear a special presentation from a community organization on its vision for using programming to contribute to downtown vibrancy.
• Participate in an interactive workshop exploring what the community could accomplish with significant funding for community-led activation. Contribute ideas, participate in informal group discussions, respond to interactive planning boards, and help imagine what those investments could make possible.

7:00 - 8:00 p.m. | Networking

Stay after the program to continue conversations, meet new people, connect with potential collaborators, and continue contributing ideas to the community workshop.

Water, lemonade and a light snack will be provided. Cash bar and food menu available.
