FutureForge: Forging Future Together

Over the past 6 months, FutureForge, Bow Valley College's innovative business capstone program, has connected interdisciplinary student teams with local organizations to tackle real-world business challenges. Through projects spanning strategy, supply chain, accounting, human resources, risk and insurance, and operations, students have gained meaningful industry experience while helping organizations advance important initiatives and explore new opportunities.

Supported by the Government of Canada through the Business + Higher Education Roundtable (BHER), FutureForge continues to strengthen the connection between education and industry, creating pathways for emerging talent while supporting the growth and innovation of Calgary's business community.

This event will feature keynote perspectives from leaders across industry and education, followed by a facilitated roundtable discussion on workforce readiness, industry partnerships, and the evolving needs of employers. Attendees will have the opportunity to share insights, build new connections, and contribute to an important conversation on developing the talent that will shape Calgary's future.
