This is our FINAL evening orientation session of 2026!
Attending a Homeownership Orientation is the first step in applying for a Habitat home. During this session, we'll explain:
✅ How our Homeownership Program works
✅ Basic eligibility and income requirements
✅ The application and mortgage process
✅ Sweat equity (volunteer) requirements
✅ Required homebuyer education and financial readiness
Who may qualify?
🏠 Individuals and families in need of better or more affordable housing
🏠 Those who are willing to partner with Habitat through volunteering and education
🏠 Those who have the ability to make affordable monthly mortgage payments
Additional eligibility requirements apply and will be explained during orientation.
No RSVP or registration required! Just come to the session to learn more about the program and how to apply.
