Future Focused...RE/MAX of Stuart's Business Planning Retreat for 2025

RE/MAX of Stuart Business Planning Retreat-We are so excited to be hosting this retreat for all of you! This is our 7th year hosting this event! This event is open to all RE/MAX of Stuart agents and if you are an aspiring ROS agent, and have met with our management team, then please message us at [email protected] to see if you can qualify to be included as well.

We are working on a Top Producer Panel from 3-4pm...stay tuned for our guest speakers!

We have a great agenda featuring Vision Boards Fun Night on Friday afternoon from 4-6pm- bring your favorite magazines and your dreams! We will supply the poster board, markers, and glue sticks! We will have a bar with beer & wine, as well as a yummy slider bar to get your mind going! For those who are staying the night consider checking in early to enjoy the beautiful beach, spa, and amenities that Hutchinson Shores has to offer.

The next day breakfast will begin at 8:30am with a delicious Breakfast Buffet, and then the Business Planning Workshop will start at 9am with the one and only Wayne Fredrick!!! Wayne is an experienced trainer and speaker and has worked as an Agent, Team Leader, Broker and even as a Regional Director for a large RE/MAX Region. He works as a Coach and Consultant to RE/MAX agnets across the globle and many of you know him from our Wednesdays with Wayne Series that we added last year to our training program. He will be taking you through his business planning program as well as talk to you about the shifts in today's market and how to be successful within the shift! We want you to walk away with a full and complete picture of what action you need to take in 2025 to reach your goals! We will break for a mid morning break from 10:45-11am, and then finish up by 12pm (noon). Even if you have a plan already, I suggest you come and learn from one amazing leader in our industry!

Our goal is that you leave this retreat with a business plan with action steps for 2025, and lots of great ideas on how to get you to your goals! Also some ideas on how to rock this 4th quarter of 2024!

It's a beautiful resort and I suggest you check in early to enjoy the beach, pool, spa and more! Also this year it's on a Friday night so maybe you bring your family to stay the night with you as well! We will be done by noon on Saturday so you have the rest of the weekend to relax on the beach!!

Important details- YOU MUST RSVP TO ATTEND BY 10/7. That is our drop dead date w/ the hotel. Please let us know if you are attending ALL of the retreat meaning Vision Boards on 10/23 and Business Planning Workshop on 10/24, or if you are just attending Vision Board (10/23), or only the 10/24 Business Planning Workshop. Please select ONLY ONE ticket option. That way we can be sure to have enough supplies and food/beverages. Attire is Resort Casual or Country Club Casual.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: There is NO charge to you, as ROS agents, to attend, however due to the cost of food and us pre-paying if you RSVP as coming, and you do not attend there will be a $200 charge to cover the food and supplies we had purchased for you. If you have an assistant attending a portion then the charge is $50 for them to attend a portion...so if vision boards only then $50, if Workshop only then $50, if both then $100.
