Dance with anyone. Create a new definition of frame with me and find all the ways we can use it to talk to partners of all different backgrounds.
3:25 - 4:40 Leveraged moves - ADV
Set yourself up for success in weight sharing. Create shaping and movement that can only be done with a partner
4:50 - 6:05 Calm & Contrast - INT/ADV
Learn to breathe and be comfortable in moments of calmness, as well as how to execute those eye catching moves that go from sharp to gooey
